Shipping & Delivery Policy

Your shipping address, pin code will be well verified before you proceed your orders and to pay for your purchase. In the event case your order is not serviceable by our delivery partners or the merchant or the area is not covered, we would request you to provide us with an alternate shipping address which we expect to have on our partner/merchant's delivery list. In case there is any dispute regarding the shipment of the product or services for the area not covered by us, in such cases we will not be responsible for the non-delivery of the product

In case you book multiple orders for the products and services in one transaction, we would endeavor to ship all products together. However, this may not always be possible due to some product characteristics and/or logistics' issues. If you purchase multiple products in single transaction, then all the Products would be dispatched to a single shipping address given by you. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, then you should book the orders separately based on the delivery addresses.

How are Shipping & Delivery Dates Calculated?

You'll see an estimated shipping or delivery date for each shipment on the order summary, just before you place your order. An estimated delivery date (or date range) will also appear in Your Orders after you've placed your order.

Delivery estimates are calculated by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the transit time (the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address), based on the shipping speed you've chosen. The transit time is calculated using business days, meaning Sunday don't count toward the transit time (unless we've specifically offered a weekend delivery during checkout). Holidays are also taken into account when calculating the transit time. For some delivery dates, we may provide an "order within" countdown timer that indicates the window of time in which you must place the order to receive your delivery by the date shown. That delivery date may become unavailable within that window of time due to changes in inventory or delivery capacity before you place your order. Your confirmed delivery date will be included in your order confirmation email.

If the item you're ordering is out of stock or unavailable to ship immediately, you may not receive the item in given business days. Selecting One-Day or Two-Day shipping will reduce the transit time to one or two business days after we've shipped your order, but it won't impact how long it takes us to obtain the item or prepare it for shipment. The shipping method time starts when the item ships. For example, it will take up to two business days after an item ships to reach you with Two-Day Shipping.

Note: If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.), please add at least 2 to 3 business days to the estimated delivery date of your order. In some cases, choosing a higher quantity for an item may make it ineligible for immediate shipping, because multiple units may not be available locally or at the same location. In this case, the option to choose One-Day Delivery may not appear.

 

Shipping Information

 

Usually we ship the orders on the same day, in case orders received till 2:00 PM. Orders received after 2:00 PM will be shipped on the next working day. In any case we will ship your order within 48 hours.

For Customer living in Metros and Tier-1 cities products will get delivered within 2-3 working days, and for the rest of India they make take up-to 4-5 working days.

Delivery of products is however, limited to certain pin-code/locations. For more information on delivery locations of products, you can use the ‘Check Delivery’ option on product page. 

You will get updated status of shipment at its each stage from order is placed to, processes to, ready to ship to, dispatch to deliver. You can track your orders through; My Account -> Orders.

 

Please note our shipping policy as follows:

 

  • However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 3 working days, to ship the order as per the availability of stocks
  • We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding Sunday & public holidays.
  • To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies
  • While we strive hard to deliver on time, due to the load with the couriers, estimate a delay of 0-2 days.
  • Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
  • We are not liable for any delay in delivery by the Courier Company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities as per the TAT from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
  • Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order).

 

NOTE: Delivery time mentioned on product, cart page or website is estimated. Actual delivery time is based on availability of product, characteristics (weight, type & size) of product, weather condition and address where product is to be delivered and courier company's rules.

 

Delivery Information

Delivery is likely to be impacted due to the COVID-19 precautionary measures undertaken. There could be a possible delay of 24-72 hours in pickup and delivery. We regret for this inconvenience.

 

We appreciate your understanding in-case; our delivery partners are unable to deliver your package because of dynamic police containment in an area. Our delivery partners will try the next day again.

No-Contact Delivery
  • To ensure social distancing, we have temporarily suspended the option to Cash-on-Delivery for all orders.
  • Delivery Associate will place the order on your doorstep and step back to maintain a 2-meter distance.
  • No customer signatures are required at the time of delivery.
  • We look forward to serve you in the best possible way the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order).
  • If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care mentioning your order reference number (18002020091). We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Return /Reject Policy

There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the same at our Customer Service number 18002020091) or you can write customercare@micromaxinfo.com

The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.



Conditions for return:

 

  • Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 24 hours of delivery and ensure to report the discrepancy @customercare@micromaxinfo.com or call us on 18002020091.
  • In case you found any unauthorized tape (Transparent /Brown etc.) pls. ensure to ask the open delivery or reject the packet of the shipment.
  • In case of any discrepancy in terms of any outer damage /Tampered /weight difference in packing, we really appreciate if you capture the opening video of shipment and share with us on customercare@micromaxinfo.com.
  • Products/Items should be UNUSED.
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the complete accessories, IMEI stickers, in the same condition in which you received it. Product must also be in its original package.
  • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
  • To complete your return process, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase or invoice copy.
  • To return a product, you can raise a return request at our customer support numberor you can create a return request right from your customer services

 

 

Post receiving your request Customer Support will confirm the return request and will inform you about the pickup process. Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.
